The business park which is developed on the site of the former Macardle Moore brewery, since its acquisition in 2006 by PMC properties, is being transformed into a vibrant business park, exploiting the many assets that this post-industrial location possesses.

Built on a 20 acre site on the outskirts of Dundalk, it currently has 40+ units which will increase to 55 on the completion of the new development of light industrial units in April 2009.
